The companies registered in any of the SIG’s of RECYCLIA must fill in the Quarterly Declarations of electric and electronic devices (AEE) marketed during that period, with the purpose of calculating the contribution of the companies to each SIG, as well as obtaining the information required to carry out the statistics and reports that must be handed in to the Public Administrations.

To facilitate the completion of the Quarterly Declarations of AEE, this PLATFORM has a tool that will allow the presentation of electronic declarations, with the previous submission of “Personalised Declarations” in order to prepare and simplify future declarations. This tool will allow you to make queries, print, record and dump any period of the quarterly declaration in your own system.

The declarations will be done by selecting the products marketed by the registered company, indicating the kg or units sold by each during the quarter. Depending on the rate applied, the PLATFORM will calculate the quantity that must be paid each term by the registered company, issuing the corresponding invoice.

The companies must present their Quarterly Declaration of AEE before 20 days after the last date of the last day of the term.
